Manyworlds LLC (“Manyworlds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values the privacy of our users (“you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application (the “App”) and the technology services we provide to facilitate your access to banking, securities brokerage, and investment advisory services offered by third-party Financial Service Providers (collectively, the “Services”). Manyworlds is a technology company and does not itself provide banking, securities brokerage, or investment advisory services. All such services are provided directly by our third-party Financial Service Providers, which include banking institutions (“Banking Providers”), licensed securities broker-dealers (“Brokerage Providers”), and registered investment advisors (“Advisory Providers”). Your data may be shared with these providers as necessary to deliver the services you access through the App.

1. Information We Collect

    • Personal Information: When you use our Services, we may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, such as:
        • Your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and postal address when you register or make an account.
        • Government-issued identity documentation and related personal data collected for KYC verification purposes, including: passport number, passport issuing authority, passport date of issue and expiration date, national identity card number, tax identification number (TIN), social security number or equivalent national identifier, country of residence, and any other identity documents or personal identifiers required by applicable law or by our Financial Service Providers for regulatory compliance and account onboarding purposes.
        • Payment information, like credit card numbers, when you make a purchase.
        • Information you provide when you contact our customer support.
    • Automatically Collected Information: We automatically collect certain information when you access or use our Services:
        • Usage Data: Information about how you use our Services (e.g., pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages).
        • Device Information: Data about the device you use to access our Services (e.g., model, operating system, unique device identifiers).
        • Location Information: With your consent, we may collect your precise or approximate location data.
    • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities, which helps us improve our Services and personalize content for you.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

    • To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
    • To process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations and invoices.
    • To send you marketing communications if you’ve opted in to receive them.
    • To personalize your experience and provide tailored content, offers, and ads.
    • To respond to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions.
    • To prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or other potentially prohibited or illegal activities.

    • Service Providers: We may share your information with (i) Financial Service Providers (Banking Providers, Brokerage Providers, and Advisory Providers) to whom Manyworlds provides pass-through technology access, as necessary for them to deliver the services you access through the App; and (ii) other third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as data analysis, KYC verification, or customer support. Manyworlds does not sell your personal information to Financial Service Providers or any other third party.
    • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to legal requests, or protect our rights.
    • Business Transfers: If Manyworlds is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
    • With Your Consent: We may share information for other purposes with your consent.

4. Your Choices

    • Marketing Communications: You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails.
    • Cookies: You can manage cookies through your browser settings or opt out of some interest-based advertising through services like the Digital Advertising Alliance.
    • Location Information: You can stop sharing your location data through your device settings.

5. Data Security

We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. As a direct counterparty and/or customer of Manyworlds LLC, you acknowledge that Manyworlds LLC has the authority to conduct Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification and to collect, process, and store your identity documentation and related personal data for regulatory compliance and risk management purposes. Manyworlds LLC will retain your customer data for the duration of your use of the Services and for a period of five (5) years following the termination or cessation of your use of the Services, or as otherwise required by applicable law, whichever is longer.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Manyworlds LLC is incorporated and operates under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If you are located outside the Republic of Armenia, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with applicable Armenian data protection laws and regulations.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
